Kura are Japanese storage houses with earthen walls built in the Edo period to store and protect grains and valuables. The literal meaning of Kuradashi means "pull out of storage". This is a collection of up-cycled vintage porcelain plates that have been out of production and reimagined for this limited edition series. Available in 3 versatile sizes, each piece features a fine hand-painted rim. The last year of production and the year of it's new identity are printed on the back.
